Information we collect

Information you give us

When you fill in a consultation or contact form, subscribe to our newsletter, email us or message us on WhatsApp, we collect the details you choose to share. This can include:

• your name, work email address and phone number;
• your website address and company details;
• your monthly advertising budget, the services you are interested in and your goals;
• the content of your message.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the website we and our service providers collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring website, approximate location and the date and time of your visit. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies and analytics).

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• respond to your enquiry and provide the proposal, audit or consultation you asked for;
• deliver and manage our services if you become a client;
• send you our newsletter if you subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time);
• understand how visitors use the website and improve its content and performance;
• measure the effectiveness of our own marketing;

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and follow up on your request, and client information for the duration of our relationship plus any period required for legal, tax or accounting purposes. Newsletter subscribers are kept until they unsubscribe. We then delete or anonymise the information.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, the EU and UK GDPR, and US state laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act, you may have the right to:

• access the personal information we hold about you;
• ask us to correct or delete it;
• object to or restrict how we use it, including for direct marketing;
• withdraw your consent at any time;
• receive a copy of your information in a portable format.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
