White Label PPC Services: A PPC Partner for Agencies

By the PNext team · Updated 20 October 2026

Plenty of agencies sell paid search without wanting to build a PPC team. Clients ask for Google Ads alongside their website or SEO, and hiring a specialist for three or four accounts rarely makes sense. White label PPC solves that: we run the campaigns, you keep the client relationship and the brand.

This page explains exactly how our white label PPC works: what we do, what stays yours, how onboarding runs, how reporting is branded and what to check before you choose any partner.

The short answer

What is white label PPC?

White label PPC is when one agency runs pay-per-click campaigns for another agency’s clients, under that agency’s brand. The partner builds and manages the Google Ads, Microsoft Ads or paid social accounts and prepares unbranded reports; the reselling agency owns the client relationship, sets its own price and presents the work as its own.

Getting started

How white label PPC onboarding works

01

NDA and partner agreement

We sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share any client details, and agree a non-solicitation clause: we never approach your clients.

02

Account access

Your client keeps ownership of the ad account. Access is usually given through your Google Ads manager account, so you stay in control of who manages it.

03

Brief

A short brief per client: goals, budget, locations, offers, what counts as a lead, and anything the client is sensitive about.

04

Audit or build

Existing accounts get an audit and a fix list; new accounts get a campaign plan for your approval.

05

Launch and first report

Campaigns go live once tracking is confirmed, with a first report after the first full month.

Reporting

Unbranded PPC reports

Every month you get a report you can send straight to the client: your logo, your colours, no mention of PNext. It covers spend, leads or sales, cost per result, what changed, and what we plan next, written in plain English so your account managers can present it confidently.

  • Reports in Looker Studio or PDF, with your branding.
  • Notes written for your account manager, explaining the numbers and answering likely client questions.
  • An agreed contact point on our side, so you always know who to ask.
Pricing

How white label PPC pricing works

We quote per client, after looking at the account or brief, because effort depends on channels, campaigns and spend. These are the models partners usually choose:

ModelHow it worksBest for
Flat fee per accountA fixed monthly fee for an agreed scopeAgencies that want predictable costs and margin
Percentage of ad spendA share of the client’s monthly spendLarger accounts where spend changes often
Project feeA one-off price for an audit, build or tracking set-upTesting the partnership on one client first

Due diligence

How to choose a white label PPC partner

Before you trust anyone with your clients, ask these questions. They are the same ones we would ask of a partner:

Who owns the ad accounts?

The client should, always. Be wary of a partner that builds campaigns in its own accounts.

Will you ever contact my clients?

The answer should be no, in writing, with a non-solicitation clause.

Who will actually manage the accounts?

Ask for the experience of the people doing the work, not the sales team.

How is tracking set up?

If they cannot explain how leads are counted, the results in their reports cannot be trusted.

What happens if we part ways?

You should keep the accounts, history and reports, with a clean handover.

Can we start with one client?

A good partner is happy to prove itself on one account before you move more.
